a start up problem

help!!

whenever i startup my windows ..i wait for the wifi initializing but when it finishes ...i click on a program or a when i click on the toolbar 
the following massage comes up 
"windows explorer is not responding"
every time i have to choose close program ..
then it works semi properly 
my PC specs are :

i wrote the available physical memory because i think it has something with my startup problem

Boot the computer in safe mode and perform a full computer virus scan.

Tweak IE Options
  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
  • Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
  • Click "Apply".
  • Reboot your computer.
