How to stop Windows Mail from downloading my emails

I have Microsoft Windows Mail Ver 6.
Whenever I launch it, it downloads all of my emails onto my computer.
This means that I can no longer access my emails from my iPhone, or via the web from any other remote computer.
Is there a way to set up Windows
Mail so that it displays the emails without downloading them (synch it with my web mail box as it were, so that what I do in one is reflected in the other)?

You might want to set it to delete after X days to keep your server from getting clogged up, but still giving you time to download to both apps.

Using System Restore

Once you have selected the restore point, your system will start the restoring process, after which you will have to restart the system.
