After clicking on "Show windows stacked" and "Show windows side by side" every time I open a new link it is either stacked or side by side.

After clicking on "Show windows stacked" and "Show windows side by side" every time I open a new link it is either stacked or side by side.
How do I clear both of them? Before I played with that in the tool bar when I opened a new link it would open in
a regular new window, not a cascade, stack or side by side.

Method 1:
You can click on Cascade windows,
Show windows stacked, or Show windows side by side
and check whether this issue persists.
1.      To choose one of these options, open some windows on your desktop, then right-click an empty area of the taskbar and click
Cascade windows, Show windows stacked, or
Show windows side by side.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
