Their is no Cap Lock DISPLAY
I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7. I went to control panel/keyboard and their is no option to set cap lock display, only to set cursor blink rate and character repeat rate. What to do?

The Caps Lock on screen display is specific to Dell (they display a small lock icon on the lower right of the screen for about 4 seconds after the caps lock key is pressed). I believe it is part of their Quickset software which can be downloaded from
their driver and download support site. You will need to enter your model in order to get the correct version. Something that I think is more helpful (I often don't see the icon when I inadvertently hit the key) is the following: Control Panel > Ease of
Access > Change how your keyboard works and then select "Turn on toggle keys." That will enable a tone every time you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock.
