This formula is entered as an array in C2:C1000:
=IF(B2>$E$2,$D$2,IF(AND(B2>$E$4,B2<$E$3),$D$3,IF(AND(B2>$E$5,B2<$E$4),$D$4,IF(B2<=$E$5,$D$5,""))))
 
But the output is inaccurate in cells C2 and higher, why?
Column B=NSSI
Column C - Tie Level
Column D - Desired output factors
Column E - Values to be measured againt......
