Blank white page appears for every website - IE9 - Windows 7

I updated IE8 to IE9 and whenever I open up the browser, a blank white page appears for every website that I visit.
The website will load but nothing will appear.
I can see the URL address bar, access browser settings, open and close tabs but just not
see websites.
I have Windows 7 64-bit.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Problem is sorted now.
Went to Internet Options >  Advanced > Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
Can see websites now.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

Make sure your computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program that is displaying the error. Look for the program requirements online or in the packaging information.
