How to Fix Error - 2003 Excel form lists and calendars?

2003 Excel form lists and calendars

Hi
I am creating a form to input data into a spreadsheet. There are several things that I want it to do:
1. Have a drop down list to select an item from (I can't figure out how to create the list. I have a validation list in the spreadsheet, but I can't figure out how to get it in the form)
2. Have a calendar pop up in the form to select dates from.
(I have put it in the spreadsheet, but it doesn't carry over to the form)
Perhaps I am starting out wrong and the form is not linked to the spreadsheet. I went into the MVB area and inserted a form and started creating labels and boxes, but I don't know how it would know where to put the data in the spreadsheet.

The listboxes working
but I still don't understand the calendar. This is the code I have in the form:
Private Sub Calendar1_Click()
With Calendar1
Range("B2") = DateSerial(.Year, .Month, .Day)
End With
End Sub
A calendar does not pop up-- also I want the dates to populate in a column-- line by line as information is entered so nothing is overridden in the data file.
Please advise

Machine Throttling

Go to the Start button.
In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
Restart your system.
