There are 3 skus and I know that they are 2%, 5%, and 3% of the total $10 respectively.

1.  Assume data is in range A1:H11.  Headings are in row 1
2.
You want the formula to appear in G2:G5 and G7:G10.  So on for 6000 lines
3.
Select range G2:G11 and press Ctrl+G > Special > Blanks.  This will select G2:G5 and G7:G10
4.
By default cell G2 will be active and in that enter the following formula
 
=H2*INDIRECT(ADDRESS(MATCH("*total*",D2:D$11,0)+ROW()-1,7))
 
5.
Press Ctrl+Enter
 
In all blank cells in column G, the correct $ amount should appear.
