Auto Detect, Entering Power Save keeps occurring every 10 minutes while I'm actively using PC; how can I stop this?

I've turned off every thing I can find and this still happens.  It stays off for a few minutes and then comes back on.  I have Windows 7 & Office Home & Student.

Method 1:
Try these steps and check if it fixes the issue.
a.
Click on ‘Start’, ‘Control panel’, ‘Power options’.
b.
Place a ‘Check mark’ to balance (recommended) and click on change plan settings.

c.
Under Turn off the display select “Never”.
d.
Click on ‘Change advance power settings’, (you will get a new windows with the list of options)
e.
Expand “Display”, expand “Turn of display after” and set it up for “Never” from drop down menu

Method 2:
I would suggest you to put the computer in a Clean Boot state and check if the issue persists, refer the link:

Note: Refer step7; Reset the computer to start as usual after the troubleshooting is performed.
