Downloaded programs won't open

I had to re-install my Win 7.  None of my games will run now after I've re-downloaded and installed them.  I've uninstalled & I've tried re-downloading in both IE8 & Firefox.  Set-up downloads and programs install but won't open.
 
I've tried Troubleshoot Compatibility.  No help.
 
All the programs worked just fine before I had to reinstall Win 7.  Now, none of my MSN Games will open.
