Bootup Very Slow on windows 7 computer.

Hi,

I need help, like I said the PC wont boot up normally.
So I tried to fix this, unfortunately I do not know which port the error in my event log is referring to.
It tells me Device/IDE/IdePort4, but on my Device Manager I have the following:

Asmedia 106x SATA Controller
ATA Channel 0
ATA Channel 0
ATA Channel 0
ATA Channel 1
ATA Channel 1
ATA Channel 1
Intel(R) 6 Series /C 200 Series Chipset Family 2 port Serial ATA Storage Controller - 1C08
Intel(R) 6 Series /C 200 Series Chipset Family 2 port Serial ATA Storage Controller - 1C00

Then I went to each one and nothing wrong shows up, everything seems ok.
So now I tried step 2, to update my device driver but there is nothing in Windows Update for me to update.

Furthermore, I was getting a problem with Sleep Mode as whenever it sleeps for too long, the PC doesn't wake up.
The mouse and keyboard has light, but it doesn't return my screen to PC.
I turned off sleep mode to see if it works, and now I have this error
in my Device Log.
