Autofill Help

I have a list of data that I can't figure out how to apply to a second with autofill.
In the first sheet I have columns that each require the same slope and y-intercept, each of which I am copying from a second sheet.  When I try to copy it over, It shows up as:
=(L1-Sheet1!C2)/(Sheet1!B2)
=(L2-Sheet1!C3)/(Sheet1!B3)
=(L3-Sheet1!C4)/(Sheet1!B4)
etc..
and what I would like to have is
=(L1-Sheet1!C2)/(Sheet1!B2)
=(L2-Sheet1!C2)/(Sheet1!B2)
=(L3-Sheet1!C2)/(Sheet1!B2)
...
=(L21-Sheet1!C3)/(Sheet1!B3)
=(L22-Sheet1!C3)/(Sheet1!B3)
and so on.

I tried manually inputting all of these values for L1 through L60 and then dragging as a group but it resulted in:
=(L61-Sheet1!C62)/(Sheet1!B62)
