Attempting repairs

I uninstalled a program but my internet then couldn't connect to any webpage through any browser.
I did a System Restore st this point and everything was fine afterwards.
Somehow, when i was not paying attention, my account logged itself off.
I tried to
log in, but it began to lag and I couldn't press anything on the screen, i.e.
everything froze.
I turned off the computer using the switch and turned it back on, resulting in it diagnosing my PC and now attempting repairs which i know are not needed as my
computer is only 3 days old.

• Click Save.
• The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
• You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
